POSITION
Cégep Heritage College is currently seeking the services of a temporary full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Human Resources Team as part of a two-year specific project (April 2026) with the possibility of extension.
MANDATE
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist the Human Resources Management Team with the administrative processes related to Human Resources department, mainly with regards to the staffing dossier by respecting the provisions of the collective agreements, College policies and procedures and labour standards.
FUNCTIONS
Working with the management team in Human Resources, under the authority of the Coordinator of Human Resources, and exercising a high degree of confidentiality in all matters pertaining to the position, the incumbent will:

SALARY RANGE:
Salary and other benefits commensurate with the Regulation respecting certain conditions of employment of senior staff of general and vocational colleges for a Class 3 position with a salary scale ranging from a minimum of $60, 864 to a maximum of $81,150 per year.
