Duties:
Devise strategies to achieve operational timelines efficiently.
Educate our team on their responsibilities, along with the importance of hygiene and safety standards.
Forecast the need for ingredients and supplies, placing accurate orders to meet our kitchen's demands.
Play a pivotal role in expanding our team by identifying and onboarding new members of the team.
Formulate and manage financial forecasts and expenditure plans.
Act as the primary contact for guest feedback, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
Keep meticulous documentation regarding inventory, maintenance activities, sales figures, and wastage, aiding in operational efficiency.
Compile and present detailed operational reports, offering insights into kitchen performance.
Oversee the preparation and distribution processes of meal trays, ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness.
Design and implement effective work schedules, optimizing staff productivity and service quality.
What You Bring to the Table:
A minimum of one year in a management role within the food service industry.
Experience within a high pace environment focused on delivering high quality food and service
Experience overseeing a team of 5-10
A current Food Safety Certificate
Stellar English abilities and a customer-centric approach, ensuring a memorable experience.
