1028483 B.C.Ltd. located in Surrey; BC has been providing construction services in the lower mainland areas for a long time. We are currently looking for 5 full-time Construction Cleaners to join our team.

Position Details:

Position: Construction Cleaners

Number of positions: 5

Terms of employment: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $27.50 per hour

Work timings: 2 PM to 10 PM every day (5 days a week)

Work location(s): Candidates are required to work at various locations in Surrey BC, and other areas of Lower Mainland (BC).

Job duties:

• Gather and remove rubble, scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other unwanted materials from the construction sites.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers located at the construction sites.
• Thoroughly clean all specified work areas and prepare for the next day's work while respecting all safety rules and regulations of the construction site.
• Clean snow and ice from construction sites.
• Clean windows, interior walls, floors, and ceilings, etc.
• Vacuuming, and sweeping hallways, floors, and stairs when required.
• Move equipment, supplies, and other items to appropriate areas for cleanup work.

Job requirements:

• Completion of Secondary school would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
• Some work experience in similar work would be an asset but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Transportation: Transportation between work sites will be provided by the company and travel time will bepaid.
