Job description:

Roy Chopp Insurance and Financial Services located at 235 Broadway, Orangeville, ON, L9W 1K4 requires 1 Sales Team Supervisor (Insurance) on Permanent and Full-time basis. Wage: $ 27.50 per hour for a minimum of 37 hours or above per week. Must have 3 years to less than 5 years as Insurance Sales Supervisor. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided.

Job Duties - Sales Team Supervisor (Insurance):

1.   To train and effectively communicate marketing initiatives and tactics to insurance sales team in closing sales deals.
2. ·  Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, the Co-operators, and other product partners.
3. Working with senior management to develop and execute the insurance marketing plans and budgets which includes both digital and traditional channels of marketing.
4.  Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other insurance companies.
5.  Staying up to date with current industry trends and reporting on same to senior management for new opportunities and leads.
6.  Conduct advisor training and presentations
7.  Dealing with Client complaints and issues at individual and corporate level.
8.  Accompany CEO to trade shows and conferences and be able to represent the company to various stake holders.
9. Liaise and negotiate with underwriters directly to get better product/service pricing to have a competitive edge.
10.  Any other relevant task.

Requirements:

• Provincial Insurance Licence (OTL)
• Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP)
