Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $25 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: 1288 E 13th Ave Vancouver, BC V5T 2M1
Education: No formal education is required
Experience: 2 years of experience is required
Languages: Written and Spoken English are required
Duties:

• Handling planning and prep work in an efficient manner
• Apply paint or other materials, such as stains, lacquer, enamel, oil, varnish,
fibreglass, metal coating or fire retardant using brushes, rollers or spray equipment
• Assemble and erect scaffolding and swing stages
• Mixing, matching paint to obtain desired colour and texture
• Prepare and clean surfaces using methods such as scraping, sanding, sandblasting,
hydro-blasting and steam-cleaning
• Remove old wallpaper and loose paint; repair cracks and holes in walls; sandpaper
and apply sealer
