Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $30 per hour
The Office Administrator will:
- Establish work priorities, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, parking, maintenance and security services
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
- Assist in preparation of operating budget
- Schedule meetings and other arrangements for the employer
- Train and supervise staff
Employment requirement:
- Language: English
- Completion of secondary school
- 1 year to less than 2 years' experience related to office administration
