777 Construction Ltd. is looking for Construction Cleaners to join the team. We provide all type of construction services for residential and commercial projects. We have various construction projects running in Thompson-Okanagan Region (BC) mainly in Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton BC, and other nearby cities. Interested candidates are required to work at these work locations in Thompson-Okanagan Region BC

Position Details

Position: Construction Cleaner

Number of positions: 4
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time 
Salary: $27.50 per hour
Start date: As soon as possible 
Work locations: Candidates are required to work at various locations in Thompson- Okanagan Region

Work timings: 2 PM to 10 PM everyday (5 days a week)

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding 

Job Duties

• Gather and remove rubble, scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other unwanted materials from the construction sites.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers located at the construction sites.
• Thoroughly clean all specified work areas and prepare for next day work while respecting all safety rules and regulations of the construction site.
• Clean snow and ice from construction sites.
• Clean windows, interior walls, floors, and ceilings etc.
• Vacuuming, and sweeping hallways, floors, and stairs when required.
• Move equipment, supplies, and other items to appropriate areas for cleanup work.

Job Requirements

• Completion of high school would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
• Some work experience in the similar work would be an asset but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Candidate should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and all-weather conditions.

Transportation: Transportation between work sites will be provided by the company and travel time will be paid.
