We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor for our Wild Wong located at 7 Commerce Rd Angus, ON. The Supervisor would work 8 hours a day for 40 hours a week. This is a full time job position.
The job duties the Supervisor will be responsible for are:
Oversee and supervise daily operations of the restaurant.
Prioritize, schedule, review and evaluate assigned new staff.
Resolve routine problems encountered in performance of work assignments.
Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food.
Ensure that food and service meet the company operations manual.
Manage the inventory and order food and beverages, equipment, and supplies.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train new staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Support any position if necessary.
We are offering:
$20 per hour
4% vacation pay
Overtime will be paid for any hall ours more than 40 hours per week
What we need:
High school graduation is required
1-2 years of work experience is required
