We, HBM 2002 B.C. HOLDING LTD. o/a Continental Seafood Restaurant, are looking for 3 experienced, full-time, and permanent Food Service Supervisors. (We can consider part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Title: Food Service Supervisor

Work Location: 150-11700 Cambie St, Richmond, BC V6X 1L5

Wage & Benefits: $20.00/hr based on 30-36hrs/wk, with 4% paid vacation

Overtime: Overtime will be paid after 8hrs/day or 40hrs/wk

Education: Completion of Secondary School

Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience in related fields or completion of college program in food service administration, hospitality management or related discipline

Terms of Employment: Full-time, permanent

Job Description:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of restaurant staff

- Establish methods to meet work schedules

- Prepare food order summaries for chef

- Ensure that food served, and service provided meet our hotel standards

- Ensure that the presentation of menus meet quality standard

- Ensuring compliance to health, safety standards, and safety Plan

- Monitor inventories and estimate and order ingredients and supplies

- Provide regular training for all restaurant staff in job duties, food production, sanitation, and safety procedures

- Resolve work-related problems
