Food and Beverage Supervisor

JOB DETAILS

• Salary $18.00 / hour
• Vacancies: 2 position
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time work of 35 hrs/week
• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines

Personal Suitability:  Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Team player

Work Setting – Restaurant

Supervision - 5-10 people

SPECIFIC SKILLS

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules
