The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities;
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users.
- Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced.
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions.
- Emulate or reproduce technical problems encountered by users.
- Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Participate in the redesign of applications and other software programs.
- Help other technical support workers.
- Travel one to another existing company to identify difficulties.
Employment requirements:
Candidates having a college diploma in computer science, website technology, network administrator are eligible to apply. Candidate with experience in similar establishment may be an asset but this requirement is not mandatory.
Salary: $32.50/Hour and guaranteed 30hrs/week
