Terms of Employment: Full time and Permanent
Wage: $23.00 per hour for 35 hours per week 
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible 
Location: Unit 1 – 111 Chowsunket Street Fraser Lake, BC Canada V0J 1S0

Job Duties:

• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting.
• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• Wrap and package prepared meats.
• Remove bones from meat.
• Weigh meats for sale
• Grind meats
• Prepare special orders.
• Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products.
• Maintain sales records for inventory control.
• Organize and maintain inventory.

Job Requirement: 

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Language: English

Work Setting: Supermarket and meat department.

Equipment and machinery experience: Band saw, Manual cutting utensil, Power grinder

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail
