Responsibilities
Job duties:
- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Ability to multitask and work independently

- Well-organized with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
Job Requirements:
- Languages: English, Mandarin will be a bonus
- College/CEGEP graduated required
- Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Office, Electronic mail
- Area of specialization: Reports and records, Charts, tables, graphs and diagrams
