Wage Rate: $ 27.50 per hour, for 40 hours per week
Over Time Wage: $ 41.25 per hour after 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation Pay

Job Requirements:
• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Duties:
• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Microsoft Office, Accounting Software
