Job Position - Food Service Supervisor

Terms of Employment - Permanent, Full-Time, 30 to 40 hours/week

Wages - CAD $17.00/hour

Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience - 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties:

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
