Our dynamic and growing company (West Coast Home & Truss Ltd.) is seeking two qualified and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistants to join our team.
As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our office. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries from clients
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
• Maintaining office supplies and inventory, including ordering new supplies as needed and organizing storage areas.
• Filing and organizing documents, both electronically and in paper format, ensuring that they are easily accessible and up to date.
• Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, prioritizing, and distributing correspondence.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial documents such as invoices.
• Coordinating and supporting various office events
• Providing general administrative support to other departments and staff members as needed.
Employment Details:
• Position: Office Administrative Assistant
• Wage and hours: $25/hr and minimum 30 hrs/week
• Vacation pay: 4%
Employment requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required
• One- or two-year college program or some experience as an office administrative assistant
