Hours:                                              35-40/week

Salary:                                             $22.50/hr

Overtime:                                       As per provincial standards - $33.75 after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk

Education:                                       Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:                                     1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties:

• Supervise, co-ordinate, lead and schedule security staff
• Ensure that policies and procedures are followed and make recommendations for possible improvements
• Ensure that contracted services are delivered and performed to company standards and encourage staff to put in the extra effort to provide an outstanding customer experience
• Organize and implement training regiments
• Prepare and submit daily performance, activity, progress, and incident reports
• Maintain a state of preparedness in order to handle any urgent matter without delay
• Evaluate and resolve problems and issues in a fair and reasonable manner
• Maintain Professionalism while presenting/discussing/resolving problems or issues with customers
• Demonstrate the ability to work in various environments and under a wide range of conditions
