Job description:

Permanent Position: Food service supervisor 

Company: Ruex cafe and Bar

Terms of Employment: Permanent Employment

Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible

Wage rate: $27.75 hourly / 35 hours per Week

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Language: English

Job duties:

•  Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

• Ensure food service and quality control

• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

• Prepare food order summaries for chef

• Supervise and check assembly of trays

• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

• Establish work schedules
