Responsibilities:
- Provide in-homecareto elderly/child ordisabled individuals
- Assistwith activities of daily living, suchasbathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed byhealthcareprofessionals
- Monitorand report changes inclients' healthstatus
- Assistwith lighthousekeeping tasks,including cleaning and laundry
- Prepareandservemealsaccording toclients' dietary needsand preferences
- Provide companionship andengage inconversationwithclients
- Accompanyclientsto medical appointments orsocial outings
Skills:
- Experience in dementia careand working with seniors
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques and bestpractices
- Familiaritywith nursing home or assisted livingenvironments
- Abilityto provide compassionateandpatient-centered care
- Strong communication skills,bothverbaland written
- Abilityto perform lighthousekeepingtasks effectively
- Proficiencyin meal preparation and following dietary restrictions
- Physical abilityto perform heavy lifting andassistwith mobilityneeds
