Job description:

1234 Construction Ltd. located in Surrey; BC, is currently hiring 4 full-time Construction Cleaners to work with our growing team. The candidates must be active, independent, and eager to learn.

Position Details:

Position: Construction Cleaner

Number of positions: 4

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $27.50.00 per hour 

Start date: As soon as possible.

Work timings: 2 PM to 10 PM (5 days a week)

Work locations(s): Various locations in Surrey (BC) and other areas of Lower Mainland (BC).

Job duties:

•  Gather and remove rubble, scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other unwanted materials from the construction sites.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers located at the construction sites.
• Thoroughly clean all specified work areas and prepare for the next day work while respecting all safety rules and regulations of the construction site.
• Clean snow and ice from construction sites.
• Clean windows, interior walls, floors, ceilings etc.
• Vacuuming, and sweeping hallways, floors, and stairs when required.
• Move equipment, supplies, and other items to appropriate areas for cleanup work.

Job requirements:

• Completion of Secondary school would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
• Some work experience in similar work would be an asset but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate in English.
