Job description:

Job Location:  Ottawa - ON, Canada

Salary: $22.50 hourly

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of staff and cashiers.
• Assign specific tasks to other staffs and create their work schedules.
• Effectively address various issues, including customer inquiries, complaints, and inventory shortages.
• Manage inventory levels as required and initiate merchandise orders.
• Uphold the store's visual standards and overall appearance, including displays, signage, and cleanliness.
• May also perform operational duties like store opening and closing, as well as key managerial functions.
• Possibly assume additional responsibilities such as store management tasks, addressing escalated complaints, devising marketing strategies, and overseeing deliveries.

 Employment Requirements:

• Completion of College is required
• At least 1 year previous store supervisor experience is required
• Language: English
• Supervising skills
