Job description:

Restaurant Manager

Full-time position with Pho Bowl located at Unit 1, 7637 Lundy's Ln, Niagara Falls, ON L2H 1H2. The candidate will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with some weekend shifts required. The candidate will receive compensation at the rate of $20.50 per hour, with overtime being paid after 44 hours. The qualified candidate will have two to three years of experience in the food and beverage industry. The qualified candidate must be able to communicate in the English language.

Duties will include:

• Planning, organizing and evaluating daily operations of the restaurant;

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales operation plan that aligns with the company's strategies while overseeing its effective implementation as a restaurant manager;

• Recruiting, hiring and training new staff;

• Preparing work schedules for staff;

• Monitoring and supervising staff to ensure compliance with restaurant standards and safety protocols;

• Conducting performance reviews of staff;

• Ordering and receiving food supplies within budgetary constraints;

• Resolving customer complaints;

• Ensuring food is prepared in accordance with health guidelines, including administering regular testing for quality assurance;

• Ensuring regular preventative maintenance is done for all kitchen equipment;

• Performing regular inspections of kitchen area and restaurant to ensure cleanliness in accordance with Public Health standards;

• Promote restaurant events through various marketing channels, including social media

• Establish a feedback system to gather input from customers and staff to continuously improve restaurant sales;

• Create limited-time promotions or specials that encourage customers to visit restaurant and increase revenues;
