NorthWest London Veterinary Clinic in London, ON provides veterinary care to animals. We believe in treating your furry friends as our family keeping their health and comfort our priority. Our clinic is run by doctors who are licensed and experienced veterinarians. We are committed to educating our clients on keeping their pets healthy year-round, with good nutrition and exercise. Our services include diagnostics and treatment, surgical procedures, dentistry, radiology and many more.

Currently, we are seeking a customer service adviser to join our growing company. This will be a full-time and permanent position. The candidate must be a team player, caring and compassionate towards clients and their pets and provide exceptional customer service.

 

Position Details:

Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent

Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend shift, Morning

Wages: $20 - $21 per hour/ 30-40 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange for billing for services
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered
  • Maintain records and statistics
  • Answer clients' inquiries and provide information
  • Perform general office duties
  • Answer written and oral inquiries
  • Arrange for refunds and credits
  • Issue receipts and other forms
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

 

 Job Requirements:

  • Applicant must be fluent in English.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience working at a veterinary clinic in customer service.
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail.
