Position: Electrical Equipment Assembler (NOC 94202)
Wage Rate: $22.50/hour; 40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·      Assemble circuit breakers, switches or other electrical control equipment and position and fasten components into assembly casings

·      Assemble prefabricated parts

·      Assemble small transformers, small electrical motors and transmissions

·      Check products for visual defects and faulty electrical and mechanical connections

·      Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality

·      Perform minor repairs to items rejected from production line

·      Set up and adjust production machineries/tools

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

·      Bending, Crouching and Kneeling

·      Combination of Sitting, Standing and Walking

·      Handling Heavy Loads (<50lbs)

·      Physically Demanding

·      Valid Driver’s License
