1108190 B.C. Ltd. located in Surrey, BC provides construction services for residential and commercial projects across lower mainland (BC). Currently, we are hiring 5 full time Siding Installers to join our growing team.

Number of positions: 5

Terms of employment: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $28.00 per hour

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Work location(s): Candidates are required to work at various job locations in Surrey (BC) and other areas in Lower Mainland (BC).

Job Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, or work order specifications.
• Determine layout, and installation procedures.
• Measure, and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
• Erect and install scaffolding or other working platforms.
• Prepare underlying surfaces for installation and perform minor repairs if needed for better                                                    installation lifetime.
• Install siding as per specifications and schematics for buildings using hand and power tools.
• Cut and trim material to shape when fitting siding around windows or corners, using knife, shears, or portable power saw.

Position Requirements

• Previous experience in a related field would be an asset.
• Ability to communicate in English.
