We, Breakfast Table Eatery Group Ltd. o/a Breakfast Table are currently hiring a full-time and permanent Food Service Supervisor. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Work Location: 3014 Granville St., Vancouver, BC V6H 3J8

Wage: $20.00/hr ~21.00/hr, 30-36hrs/wk, with 4% paid vacation

Overtime: Overtime rate provided after 8hrs/day and 40hrs/wk

Education: Completion of Secondary School

Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience in related industry, or completion of college program in food service administration, hospitality management or related discipline

Language: English

Job duties:

-Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of restaurant staff

-Establish methods to meet work schedules

-Prepare food order summaries for chef

-Ensure that food served and, service provided meet Restaurant standards

-Ensure compliance to health and safety standards

-Monitor inventories, estimate and order ingredients and supplies

-Provide regular training for all restaurant staff in job duties, food production, sanitation, and safety procedures

-Resolve work-related problems
