We are currently looking for experienced Accounting Technician to join our team.

Job Responsibilities  

• Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts using manual and computerized systems.
• Prepare accounting, and financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data.
• Prepare invoices, calculate, and process payroll, utility bills and other payments.
• Post journal entries and prepare financial statements.
• Conduct reconciliation of all accounts as needed.
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
• Prepare tax returns and other corporation filings.

Position Requirements 

• Completion of Secondary School.
• Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field or Courses in accounting or bookkeeping and 2-3 years of experience as a financial or accounting clerk.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective written & oral communication.
