Marketing Specialist
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day
Salary: $36.00 Hourly, for 37.5 Hours per week

Qualification:
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related programs
Required Language:
Main duties of the job:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities in the real estate market
- Analyze consumer behaviour and preferences to develop, tailor and implement marketing strategies
- Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media
- Create and optimize marketing plans including online advertising campaigns to generate sales
- Develop and implement traditional marketing strategies, such as print advertising, direct mail, and signage
- Generate engaging and informative content, including property descriptions, blog posts, and multimedia content
- Answer inquiries from buyers and potential buyers
- Prepare brochures and reports to keep clients informed about market trends, new listings, and relevant information
- Work closely with real estate agents and sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers
- Handle public relations to enhance the company's image and reputation
- Plan and coordinate events, such as open houses, property tours, and community engagement activities
