Position: Sales Supervisor - Retail
Position available: 1
Wage: $23 per hour
Work hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

Because all of our customers are important, our professional staff is dedicated to making customers experience a pleasant one. Currently, we are looking for a full-time Retail sales supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
- May perform managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience as a salesperson role will be an asset.
