Position: Reflexologists

Position available: 5

Wage: $30 - $32  per hour depending on experience

Work hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Free Spirit Botanicals Ltd. is seeking 5 qualified individuals to fill the position of reflexologist. Our spa is located in downtown, Victoria (549 Johnson St. V8W 1M2 and 330 Quebec St. BC V8V 1W3). We are looking for naturally caring, attentive, and reliable persons, who understand the importance of exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

● Evaluate clients’ physical, mental and emotional health, and provide advice and feedback to support clients’ wellbeing.

● Analyze information provided by patients to determine appropriate pressure points for applying reflexology techniques

● Massage and knead muscles and soft tissues of the body.

● Apply gentle finger pressure to specific spots on the clients' feet to relieve anxiety, improve circulation and promote better health and well-being.

● Explain the procedures, techniques, risks and benefits to the clients.

● Suggest home care regimen, lifestyle adjustments and provide useful information about techniques and further practices.

● Assist client with their health conditions by providing an alternative form of health care through the application of reflexology methods and techniques

● Maintain records of treatments given.

Requirements:

● Completion of secondary school is required.

● Completion of training programs in reflexology as an asset.

● Experience in spa esthetics service company as an asset.
