We are currently hiring a Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations in maintaining the highest standards of guest service. This role is responsible for overseeing front desk staff to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient and effective operations. Among your responsibilities will be staff management and service optimization, ensuring that our guests leave with lasting impressions of an enjoyable and memorable stay. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures to streamline operations, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Administer and scrutinize budgets, focusing on revenue generation and cost control.
  • Liaise with the marketing department to align customer service and promotional strategies, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to upper management, detailing operations statistics, customer satisfaction metrics, and financial results.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and management of staff, while creating efficient work schedules.
  • Facilitate regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and identifying paths for career development within the organization.
  • Foster an inclusive work environment, encouraging diversity and employee well-being.
  • Promptly and professionally address and resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Handle escalated issues that may require management intervention, resolving matters effectively to preserve customer loyalty and brand reputation.
  • Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments like housekeeping and maintenance for seamless service delivery.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols and emergency response plans to ensure guests and staff safety.
  • Negotiate with vendors to procure essential supplies at a cost-effective price.
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of facility spaces for various events, such as conventions and banquets.

 

Job Requirements

  • Education in hotel management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience within the accommodation or hospitality industry.
  • Effective verbal and written communication for interactions with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Skill in resolving challenges promptly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software, reservation systems, and relevant technology.
