Position: Administrative Assistant
Wage: C$26/hour
Vacation Pay: 4% of gross salary.
Working Hours: 30-35hours/week
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:
Handling emails, letters, phone calls, and other forms of communication, and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Organizing appointments, meetings, and events for managers and executives, and ensuring their schedules are coordinated effectively.
Inputting and maintaining data in spreadsheets, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Supporting project managers by organizing project materials, tracking progress, and communicating with team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Completion of Secondary School is an asset
Relevant work experience is preferred.
