Work Location: Various work locations across Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, BC

Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor (NOC 62024)

Terms of Employment:  30-40 hours per week, Full-Time/Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage: $29.68-32.00 PerHour (Depending on experience)

No of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

• Ensure the completion of the cleaning of newly constructed or remodeled commercial, post construction and residential buildings.
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Plan and prepare employee work schedules.
• Order supplies, maintain inventory, estimate costs, and keep financial records.
• May perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary.

• Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff.

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of cleaning staff.

• Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services.  

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Education: Completion of high School is required

Experience: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience is required or, Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cleaner or in the related field.

Language: English

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Tight deadlines.
