Hours:                                             30 hrs/week

Salary:                                             $29.70/hr

Overtime:                                       $44.55/hr (As per BC Standards – for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk)

Observed Holidays:                      As outlined on labour.gov.bc.ca – 10 holidays/yr

Education:                                     Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:                                    1 to less than 7 months experience required in the industry

Job Duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate work activities of cleaning workers
• Assists with site training of new cleaning personnel
• Assists with work schedule and control budgeted hours for the assigned location
• Assigns daily tasks and responsibilities to the cleaners and inspect work to ensure performance is at expected levels
• Trains and implements Health & Safety procedures and ensures that safety devices and PPE are available and properly utilized
• Respond to customer requests and ensure follow up
